Manish Kumar is an accomplished Quality leader with 24+ years of functional expertise in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality & Quality Management Systems, building Quality & Supplier Quality team and driving continual improvement of products & processes across “High Volume Low Mix” & “Low Volume High Mix”. He has successfully built & effectively led quality team for performance & growth.
Manish is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cGMP/FDA-21CFR 820, and ISO/TS16949. He is also AIAG certified VDA6.3 process auditor and Proficient in AS9100 & AS9145.
Manish has developed, deployed, implemented, and led certification of Organization against Quality Management Systems (QMS) per ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cGMP/FDA 21CFR 820 & TS 16949 in Automotive, Medical Device, and Lighting Industries. He has developed AS 9145 framework in a Aerospace company & deployed across suppliers base. He has worked with companies like Caparo Maruti, GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, Philips Lighting and BAE Systems & others in his 25+ years of experience.
Manish is Toyota certified “Lean Practitioner” and Philips certified “Six Sigma Black Belt” and has implemented many outcomes based “continuous improvement projects” achieving productivity & efficiencies. He is also trained in “Total Productive Maintenance”; TPM by JIPM and drove “Suppliers Productivity Improvement thru Clusters Approach” in Automotive Industry bringing more competitiveness among suppliers base.
