Shikhir Matta has over 25 Years of Across the Globe Experience in Management System Auditing, Consultancy training and delivery ,motivation and team building as well as hardcore manufacturing experience in Heat Treatment, Machining, Forging, Plastics, PU Foaming, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Pressure Die Casting.He is Mechanical Engineering graduate with Post graduation in Marketing Management. He is a qualified Lead Auditor for IATF16949 , VDA6.3 , ISO9001,ISO45001 and ISO14001. He was Head of Automotive Certification Business in Vincotte India . He has conducted audits, trainings and consultancy to many companies in various sectors in India and in many other countries like Australia, Hungary, Samoa, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa etc. He had worked with leading manufacturing companies-Krishna Maruti Ltd. (Manufacturer of Car Seats), Subros Limited (Manufacturer of car HVAC systems) and Sona Group (Manufacturer of Car Steering Systems) in Core Quality functions and successfully led the improvement drives. Had key role in implementation of TQM and TPM and achievement of Deming and TPM Excellence awards.
